Telkom is ******** poor people

I called in Telkom to report my ****** device so that i can get my ITC ref for insurance claim and to my surprise i was told that there's nothing they can do to assist me since the person that was using my phone is using an mtn sim card and that i have to go to mtn to blacklist my phone. I went to mtn and only to find out that there is no such ******* and they immediately gave me my ITC when they heard that consultant at mtn wanted to speak to them. Firstly when your phone gets ****** it os obvious that the person will definitely use another sim card on your phone. That is not even explained to us when taking up a contract with them. I also desputed my billing again because the consultant did not explain the 10 days policy when paying at Pick n pay and was told that the manager will call me as soon as they listen to the call recording but it's been a week and i still haven't heard from them. It is clear that Telkom and finrite are ******** poor people that rely on then for their services. I wouldn't advice consumers to use telkom and finrite in future and i will make sure i get the word on the street.
