Telkom is ******** people their hard earned money

I canceled a contract with Telkom last year December on the 4th. They kept on deducting money afterwards. I went to the branch to enquire. They blamed their insurance partner and gave me their contact details. I also contacted them. They told me they canceled the insurance. They also deducted money from my account. I went back to Telkom, they blamed it all in their insurance partner. I got an email address for their partner and sent in cancelation message. They rep**** canceling insurance yet money still being deducted. End of March I reversed the amount taken, they started sending me tens of messages saying my account is in arrears. This morning I got a message that my account is in arrears and is suspended which will lead to me being blacklisted. Hello Peter please assist. I have email proof that I canceled the insurance.
