Telkom is ******** me, charging for expired contract

I wrote a review a while back about Telkom and the poor service I’ve been receiving from them. Even though Telkom has sent me 3 emails saying my contract with them has expired and removed device details from Telkom online service, meaning I am unable to see any info regarding what they are debiting me for. Today I found out that it’s affecting my credit score because it shows that I have no credit accounts with Telkom but they are debiting my account, making it seem like my limit is zero and I’m using some sort of credit on a Telkom account that goes directly into over limit because my limit is 0. Both my Telkom contracts expired his year, I received the same emails notifying me of the expiry and only one was discontinued after the email. The email they used to send me for bill has also stopped since September after the email notifying me that my contract expired but Telkom still claims our contract in valid. I asked them to provide proof of the contract and they keep ignoring me. No one can provide me with the contract. Some of their consultants say it has expired, some say they don’t know, some say Telkom does not keep the contracts with them and some have just been quiet. Can anyone advise me on the next steps to take? Should I maybe include a lawyer in this matter? The last consultant I emailed about the contract was Sizakele Hlongwa who sent me a email without my details saying that the contract has not expired, when I asked him to send me the contract he then never responded.
