Telkom is ******** me

Telkom handed me over to debt collectors, then they started taking money from me as they please, last month they took over R5000 and I couldn't even reverse it because FNB is also nonsense! Just now they've taken over R20 000! This is abuse and it's *******. Nobody ever called, emailed or sent me a letter to arrange payment, they just did as they please. On top of that they closed my lines while taking money from me. They try and debit my account whenever they want and I in turn incur charges with my back. I am so mad, somebody needs to fix this. I feel ****med.
