Telkom is ******** me

I took a month to month contract with Telkom and advised them to debit on the 25th but they are debiting on the 20th . i sent an email to Daryl s khimalo from the Galleria brach and he did nothing about it as well as i spoke to Nompumelelo Nkosi who said it has always been the 25th yet i have had to pay the penalty fee for 3 months .
