TElKOM is ****

Telkom is a ****! My account was in errors, I was debited R800. Today I got a message that I have to pay R398, no one at the call centre is able to advise why I am being debited this amount. One of the agents told me that it might be a system error. My monthly instalments is R199 but for the past 3-4 months, I’m being debited way more then that. WHY AM I NOT BEING DEBITED R199 as per my agreement?
