Telkom is ****

I've had a contract for wifi with telkom for 2 years where I was paying r161 per 10 gig day n 10-gig night it was promotion (2017)..right after 2 years they called me for upgrade n said if I keep same package I'll pay r99 ..now on the first of February r545-deducted from my account, then I called them, they said I'm now paying for sim card, and 10 gig is No longer on promotion, I told them that's now what I agreed on and asked for cancellation now they said I need to pay r1250 for cancellation, now is that fair, I've been loyal with them, I asked for recordings of my previous call so I can n they can listen to it..they said I can't have it unless I have a lawyer to request for it..I asked for a reference number of this current call, they can't give me, now is that customer service that we are promised..Good people don't fall for Telkom and their contract
