Telkom is s#@tty!!!

Telkom's call center agents aren't available, their online chatting system is without any agents as you wait hours and end up not getting any help. You try them on Twitter, but still they don't entertain you.

I have a lapsed contract that needs to be terminated but not a damn help from the service provider. For God sake, I've been trying them since Monday!!!

I done spent rands and rands on airtime waiting for them to answer my calls!!!

Help, time is money and the service provider is wasting both!
