Telkom is ruthless

This company has blacklisted my elderly aunt after they gave her a device that she could not install and kept in the box to this day! She tried to cancel many times, and they still billed her despite not using it. She's now blacklisted unable to do anything over this. Customer Care keeps saying they're canceling and never do
