Telkom is running a **** at their stores.

On Tuesday 21, 2021, I went to do a sim swap at Telkom shop in Lakeside Benoni shopping center. I was serviced by a consultant by the name of Mbali, and they charged me R50.00 for a sim swap of which I paid even though I questioned the consultant for that and I didn't even get a receipt for that, she told me that now they charge R50.00 for a sim swap even other networks do that. Today 23/09/2021 I am at Melrose Arch Telkom do a sim swap and they did it for free, and I asked them if Telkom charges for this service and I was told it was a free service, I told them about their branch that charged me, and they say they know nothing about that. Consultants at Telkom Lakeside Benoni shopping center are charging us customers for a free service. Telkom please look into this matter
