Telkom is running a ****

Telkom has been debiting my account for a cellphone I have no idea of. Since Jan 2023 Telkom debit my account money of an unspeakable amount. I called them trying to find out what is happening and for them to email me a copy of the contract I have with them. To date I have not received anything from them instead I am being sent from pillar to post. This is total nonsense and it should stop, they hiring all these Thabo Besters who **** us and then they pretend it is an individual whereas it is them as a company. I would never advise anyone to work with these people what a bogus excuse for a company. I want my money, sickening 🤢
