Telkom is run by idiots

I paid up my ac ount and requested my line to be disconnected and transferred on the 7th December 2018 because I was moving. Telkom notified me that there were no lines available at my new address. I have contacted their accounts department regularly since February because they just kept invoicing me for a service I didn't have. Their incompetence knows no bounds. Today I had to deal with their debt collection agency FOR THE SAME ISSUE!!! This will ob iohsly reflect on my credit record all because of their useless accounts department!!! I will never use their landlines service again or recommend them to anyone, unless you want to be tied up on your phone, using your airtime to fix their stupidity!!! I give the minus 100 review for efficiency. Idiots!!
