Telkom is ruining my credit score

Telkom some how handed me over to Nudebt, I recieved an SMS today threatening me with summons for an amount of R1282, I paid telkom R1290 on the 28/03/2025 and R 680 on the 31/05/2025, I don't understand how I could be handed over. And when i call them they tell me the system is under maintenance I should call in an hour. How can such a business still be running, they are ruining my credit score.Telkom should be reviewed and closed, I mean how many people are complaining, what does it take for customers to be listened too.
