TELKOM IS *******

Telkom... What a bunch of useless and pathetic people. I recently found out that they put me on ITC as a bad debt yet they owe me close to R2000 due to overcharging me for over a year... And due to that, I was denied finance for a vehicle... So I put in a claim to their legal team to get compensated for damages as I've been without a car for a month or so now... And they denied my claim stating I signed a contract which states that they are not liable for damages or even loss of life... Yes I signed a contract, but here's the funny part.. I signed for a specific package which was not delivered to me...instead I recently found out that they put different packages on my name and charged me incorrectly, yet I still paid because I kept complaining and nothing got done about my excessively high bill, but due to them not delivering what I signed for, that would make the contract void, which in turn would make them liable for damages, would it not ... Anyways they still put me on ITC, and worse off, they didn't bother to even contact me to inform me about putting me on the credit bureau...even that should be an offense considering they should have notified me first... People have been having endless problems with telkom for far too long and their customer service along with their legal team sucks... They do not care about you as a customer or what happens to you... All they care about is money, even if it messes up your name, all they can say is that it was an error and you're supposed to accept it? ***** that! People need to take a stand against this **** corporation called Telkom, I know I'm not the only one dealing with this problem... This is utter *******...
