I was on a telephonic call with them for an hour and twenty minutes yesterday. For the past six months, I have been talking to a group of encompitant employee. I am at a point where Telkom is going to as far as making me pay double for their mistakes and one of the moderms is double billed. I am waiting to get through their line and cancel what ever deal i have with them and i refuse to pay any cancellation fees. One of their worker took my numbers for the line manager to call me and resolve the matter yesterday and this did not happen after my 1hour 20min call i have zero results. It has got me to a conclusion of reversing whatever derbit order that will take place today.
