I app**** for ADSL, and it was never delivered to me. Telkom started debiting my account, and sent me texts sayin someone would be in touch to attend to my complaint. A year later, debt collectors are chasing me for money owed to Telkom, for a service I never received, and although they kept sending me reference numbers for my complaint, they never got back to me to resolve or to deliver the modem and sim card.
