TELKOM IS ROBS ME MONTHLY!

my husband and I have a 20gb day and night router in which we are toping up every month without a fail - last night my husband was curious after toping up wanting to enquire why our data depletes on the 20th of every single month - we decided to call in to the contact centre

the consultant then informed us that - in order to my use of the night surfer we would have to which our phones on flight mode and back to data - in which made us extremely furious all this time we have been using our day surfer downloading movies after 12am updating app whatever the case may be to ensure that our data last.

no where in our contract were we informed about this

we requested to speak to the manager which was unhelpful - patronising and just wanted us to get off from the line - she says that she cannot say what went wrong don't know but will send a request to back office to investigate in the same breath she says that back office wont be able to help either because they wont be able to tell which data was used - of the 20gb night suffer we have 15gb remanding how is that

she does not bother to assist

I would like this matter to be resolved and compensated for every single month I have been toping up!!!!
