Telkom is Robbing us off

Hi have been expriencing network loss in Alexandra, johannesburg in the Tsotsomani area. It is so bad that I end up having to forfeit my data that I couldn't use because of their signal. As I write this review there's is no signal at all but I have data. I had to purchase Vodacom data to be able to access the internet. All along it was fine until it started being slow these past few months. But since this past Monday it became worse. I get no signal at all Telkom must either fix this or return my money. I can not loose my money for the data I bought and then I can't use due to their fault. I also by the 450GB night surfer, of which I can use up to 400GB when the network is Good, but since this problem started I hardly get to 100GB, and it's a loss to me.
