Telkom is robbing they costomers

First they charge me dubble then with all the loadsheading the router packs up and they tell me I must go to game of hifi Corp and buy a new router my router is brand new and I have insurance so what must I do now because telkom is useless I don't recoment them to anyone the best part of all is for the last 4 months I am trying to get my WiFi extender and ****le out of them that was part of the hole package I am going to all the newspapers because we pay for sirvice that is not there we want to stay loyal customers but when stuff like this happens I don't want to stay a costumer of telkom
