Telkom is robbing their customers

Had a problem with telkom using normal data instead of night surfer data yesterday, was assured by the customer service agent that it would be sorted out. Have the exact same problem again. I cannot understand how a service provider can be this useless. Look forward to the day that fibre is available in all areas and telkom loses all their business.
