Telkom is Robbing Poor South African Citizens

Dear Telkom Representatives I took contract with telkom for three devices that is okay because i can afford them, i have received a a huge invoice where i did not understand on why was that , if i sign any contract i expect to pay what i signed for but telkom instead are charging additional money that we never agreed of.. My Contract agrrement was to pay R447.00 and my bill went to R760.00 some cunsulted said they enable me to use their airtime without my aggreement and again they stated that their system does not allow not to enable the function and the lowest is one rand, if all telkom clients are more than 30 million which meams we will be robed 30million rand without us knowing and worse part of it my option is in minute not units and when they start to charge and they now start charging in units of which is more expensive when you call other networks, This is a **************** and i believe all telkom users know nothing about it, I am not going to pay for what i do not know and told the representative to send me a recording that says i did aggree with it and i will make sure that any source of media is aware of this as telkom wants to retrieve their money they lost from the poor South African citizens. I do not believe in donating money to the companies like telkom that are just there to retrench people and spend money for buildings, i will not let anyone drain me because of their internal problems.
