Telkom is robbing people

It's been 7 months and my complaint with Telkom has not been attended or resolved. They never returned my device but they still want to debit my account. I reversed my debit order and they are sending non payment messages yet no one is willing to tell me where my device is. I cannot pay for a phone I do not have.

I want my phone back.
