Telkom is robbing people

Wish there was a rating lower than 1. Telkom i will never use in my life. And i would like other people to do the same, move away from the ******s. And move away from this bad network.

I noticed on my credit rating that i am in arrears on my Telkom NGN account. Firstly i am not sure what Telkom NGN is and what i am in arrears for as i never received another invoice or email from them since 2020.

2020 February i cancelled my Telkom Landline and ADSL as i moved over to Vumatel Fiber.

Today in May 2024 i followed up with Telkom what this outstanding balance is as it is affecting my credit rating, and they advised me i am in arrears of R246 for cancellations on my Landline since 2020.

This is absurd. And not acceptable. I will never in my life use Telkom serviced and would advise no one else use them
