Telkom is robbing people

I have been using a telkom contract for the past year 3years..i used to get 10 night data and 10 gig day data.. And a 1 gig me to you data.. To my suprise in March my day data was not loaded.. When I called telkom I was told that the day data was cancelled.. I would only be receiving 1gig..So I was not informed about the cancelation.. But the money they deducting is still the same
