Telkom is robbing me, refuses to refund data, unfairly.

Make NO mistake I think TELKOM is the best. But they are charging me unfairly. I have a problem which is costing me. Telkom refuses to listen. I purchased a Freeme bundle. This comes with a separate YouTube bundle. My data ran out because I am forced to use MTN, and cannot connect with the Telkom signal directly. I load airti!e this use for data but when we use YouTube, my data s used immediately. I was told that Telkom!m will not refund my airtime. Further I a! Using Telkom for a Time now. And they have done nothing to get a Telkom signal where I live. The fee WiFi is a joke when you are out of range of WiFi. Plainly put, Telkom is prejudicing customers who have to use their service WHILE ROAMING.
