telkom is robbing me for a whole year and more

I have 2 telkom contracts for the past 2 years. For the first year I have been able to make unlimited 8ta to 8ta calls. After the year they ran a promo where you pay R49 a month which I requested for a month. For a while I haven't been able to make unlimited calls and was told the promo ended. Recently I visited a telkom store just to query when I'll b due for an upgrade and when the assistant checked he advised that my account is being deducted by R49 for data. My contract included 5gigs data so y will I possibly request this? He told me that I'm being ****** by telkom as it doesnt explain where or why this amount is being deducted as there was a request to cancel. every time I get a sms saying R49 is deducted and every month I requested to cancel the deduction.this is so frustrating I want to cancel my contract as it's not a good feeling knowing I'm being ****** every month! Someone at this company must be pocketing this money every month and that's why no one can help me!!!!! I want all that money back that you ****** me from!!! Im Very angry and I have 4 contracts with the company and no one can tell me why I'm still being billed extra for something I'm canceling every month.
