Telkom is robbing me

Hi ,

I have taken a contract with telkom in 16 June 2020 for free me 800mb top with a Samsung Note 10 lite . In june 2021 Telkom cancelled all my contracts that i had with them for no reason. When i querried with them about the issue they couldnt give any answer and just stated all my contracts was cancelled. I had 2 lte contracts with telkom as well. They then reinstated my mobile 800mb contract but then they restarted the contract with out telling what their plans where . I have signed a contract on 16 june 2021 for 24 months . i have not signed a contract from june 2021 and i have not agreed to a new contract.They couldnt reinstate my lte contracts which meant i had to go to the store to new lte contract.I went now in June 18 to do an upgrade on my mobile contract because i know my 24 months is up only to be told that i can not upgrade to due to the age off the contract.

I would like this issue resolved .
