Telkom is robbing me

Telkom is busy *****ing me through the ears. I need to get hold of an ombudsman please help. I was there today and the woman in accounts was very rude. She put the phone down in my ear. According to them my account is in arrears. According to me no. I did cancel my debit order now they have been charging R200 a month for the past few months as a fine. This is incredible as my installment is actually only R349 per month. I have complained but no one responds.
