TELKOM IS ROBBING ME!!!!

everything month i have been trying to cancel my telkom contract yet i am still being debited monthly!!! i have asked you over and over again to please stop debiting its the contract is cancelled and paid up worst service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
