Telkom is robbing me

Hi - Telkom<br> <br> I don't understand why you people keep subtracting a subscription fee from my bank account. I have cancelled my service in May this year but you have conscientiously take money from my account for no service rendered now for six months. I have called the call center twice and eventually visited the Rosebank branch last month where I had to wait almost an hour to be helped. I was told by the agent that I will be refunded back dated to May this month but despite this you have again taken a debit order from me. <br> <br> Kindly fix the issue before I resort to legal action - I dont think Im being unfair in saying this.<br> <br> My Telkom number ***.<br> <br> Ruan Botha<br>
