TELKOM IS ROBBING KIDS

I previously purchesed R100 of airtime of which i was suppsoe to buy 1Gig of data. When i tried to buy the data i received errors saying i could not purchase at that time. After trying the whole day telkom had taken ten rand of that airtime. I then tried one last time finally being able to buy both 500 MB and 50 MB. I received messages saying my account was deducted but i did not recive the data. This is not the first time this has happended. Telkom has now ****** me mutiple times. I called telkom several times and they were unable to assist me. I got my parents to take me to a telkom store and i was told they were offline, I waited a few more days and I called them again . I was then told within 24 hours I would recive my data , until date telkom is yet to refund me. As a student I only receive a certain amount of money and the data/aitime that I was suppose to receive is used contributed towards my school projects and assignments. I am now unable to finish my work due to lack of internt access and have had to find other sources. Telkom is a goverment department that should not be *****ing or robbing from kids. This is unacceptable behaviour from such a business. Highly disappointed and would recommned finding another service provider.
