Telkom is robbing consumers.

Telkom is intentionally disabling the network from 8:30am until 4:30pm, I have tried calling them to solve the problem but I haven't received any help. From 4:30pm the network works perfectly until in the morning 8:30am. They are robbing the consumers because we are paying for a service not rendered.
