Telkom is ripping us off even in a pandemic

I would like to report the poor and unprofessional handling and maladministration of my account. I have liased on numerous occasions with consultants and management to cancel and rectify my account. I visited the Phoenix Telkom office. They very conveniently listened to my story on the five times that I was there which is The five months that I visited them they blatantly took my query and requested a call back even though there was a manager on duty. I have disputed this matter 4 times already and have reference nos., Consultants names and dates to my queries but to date im getting billed and invoiced for services im not using. I have suggested they track and investigate my line but to no satisfaction Telkom is doing nothing. I'm sure I'm not the only one. I stand in the lines and hear the conversation of other customers and they disgust in Telkom.
