Telkom is *********** they customers and that's why they never even responded to my previous review

As per my previous review telkom didn't even have the decency of contacting me as where Mondo try they best to assist me but have failed miserably. So I will warn the consumers out there don't get involve with Telkom. If i knew then this would happen to me i would had put my phone down when l received this offer from Mondo and Telkom. I didnt have any debt before April 2020 and 50 gigs data and 4 months later Telkom have issued me a bill of R3952 and as I'm trying to resolve this issue they just adding to this bill. So please be warned Telkom is just out to make money.
