Telkom is ripping me off my money noways!!!

Telling has been ripping me...I meant I get billed so much for nothing ,debit orders daily when I call they say my payment was never located but still they debit me....I understand they give cheaper day and all that but we can't be ripped like this because of their poor service...This is my last contract with Telkom I'm done!!!
