Telkom is ripping me off

The worst service I’ve ever received in my life. Telkom takes the liberty to debit money for the contract I hold yet it’s been 3 weeks since I’ve raised issues with the lack of data usage. I’ve been reduced to a donor where they freely take money but doesn’t care one bit for their customers. I am being de*****ed of my money, paying for ZERO value for my money. Telkom is ripping me off, if I don’t get any satisfactory response tomorrow the to hell with them 🤬🤬! Work is suffering; business is suffering while they keep taking money from me🤬🤬🤬
