Telkom is ridiculous! STILL no help on renewing a contract!

I am BLOWN AWAY at Telkom! They sent a notice of contract expiration and to call to renew the contract. I have been messed around from pillar to post for 4 hours and still trying. As i type this message! I am still trying to call. The consultants are RUDE! The one told me in these exact words " What do you want me to do!" One would think when trying to renew, one would get better service! I am just BLOWN AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Absolutely disgusting service!
