Telkom is ridiculous!!!!!

Telkom is absolutely ridiculous! We upgraded our contract from LTE to Fiber 2 months ago. Suddenly over the weekend our internet is off. Today they tell us our info was not saved on the system, So we are 2 months "behind " and must now pay R1600 to connect again. How is this possible????? Worst service provider ever!!!!!!!!!!!!
