TELKOM IS REFUSING TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT

On the 4th Jan 2021 , I went to Northgate Telkom to cancel my Telkom Wifi contract: *** that is due to expire next month & I was told I cant do that as its early and yet in my understanding Telkom needs 30 days cancellation notice. Then a consultant who was assisting me with a name tag written Trainee said I should give him my ID & alternative contact numbers and I did. Reference number is ***1. That consultant said someone will contract me in regards to my cancellation. then on the 5th I got an sms that my report reference has been cancelled & closed. Today I got an email that my contract is due for renewal, WHAT THE HELL IS THIS???? I WANT THIS CONTRACT CANCELLED OTHERWISE I AM GOING TO REPORT THIS TO OMBUDSMAN. I CANNOT BE FORCED ANOTHER CONTRACT & ITS AGAINST THE CONSUMER ACT & LAW
