Telkom is reaping me off

Hello Peter I am mbali khumalo. I took a contract with Telkom last year July phone and a router. Phone they give me 1G and for a router 10G during the day and 10G at night. Well I discovered that the data for a router will finished very quickly so will end upgrad more for lots of money course I use it a lot. I discovered that it was a loss to me. So I got a call from a lady from telkom promoting some of their products but instead I asked her how much was the unlimited route trying to figure out the money I'm paying every month compared to the unlimited router find out that it's was better for me to upgrade to the unlimited route. Unfortunately the consultant opened another contract for me without my knowledge . They delivered the new router I asked when I received its what do I do with the 1 that I have they said I must cancel it and if I asked them to do it for me they said they are not allowed to do I have to go on line and cancel it myself which is very hard to do they are so many steps 1 need to do, so I kept on trying but with no progress. So as a result I was paying for 3 contracts now. Eventually I went to the Telkom store on January I asked them to assist me and they did ,they said it's would be canceled by the end of February. February come still the contract was not canceled they said the issue is still under investigation course I have explained to them that I was not looking for another contract I wanted to do an upgrade. So I waited for the call there was a time where I paid R4 700 on feburary alone, so in early March the lady called me and said they can't cancel the router cos It was still new if I still insist I have to pay the cancellation fees, I refused to do so cos I never asked for another contract I asked for an upgrade and she said I was not reliable for an upgrade since my contract was still new. So I refused and told her that I will not pay for anything cos I am in no wrong here and she end the call by they will do more investigation about this issue. Late March another lady called me saying that they have done the investigation through phone calls and found out that the consultant indid was wrong I did say I wanted an upgrade not another contract. They fetched the unlimited router back from me and as soon they received it the contract will be canceled they also going to check how much money have I paid towards that router and refund me. Beginning of this month I did not receive the benefits from them they did not deduct the amount of money for end of March well I did not ask anything cos I thought they were still doing their investigation of how much they needed to pay me back and how much I needed to pay for the month of March since they have collected the other router. Today I received an invoice from Telkom of R3 800 which still includes the router they have collected from me. I went to the Telkom store they couldn't help me, they referred me to Billings so I called Telkom self service to help me they also could not help me they said they going to send an Email to this people who can assist me when I asked for their contact they couldn't provide me I must wait for them to call me. I asked the consultant what If they don't call and my line be suspended cos now they say its in areas, she responds with that the only help she can offer me. Now I received a voice call saying I must pay R3 800 within 48hours if I don't pay they are going to suspend my line ???.

What I don't understand is the lady said they were still doing investigation of how much they owing me I'm still waiting cos they have discovered that it their consultants who was at fault. Why they didn't deduct the money at the last day of the month as our agreement.

Why they didn't load my benefit for this month and why am I still be billed for the Router they have collected from me.

I regret the day I took the contract with Telkom ?????

Please help. I have responsibilities I can't be paying this amount of money last time I paid R4 700 and now I must pay R3 800 and for what ?????????
