Telkom is putting me in more debt and problems

Telkom has barred my services from the 4th of Feb 2021 for non payment on a bill that was incorrect and was missold to additional contacts...I have phoned countless of times to have my bill rectified so I can make a payment......it is now March my services have been barred and my bill is currently sitting at R5400 with no services from February and still incurring incorrect charges....I have received no feedback or call back what's so ever and currently being sent letters of demand before I get blacklisted!!!!! What the hell do I do since all I hear is u have to pay the bill and see if we can refund you????
