Telkom is probably the worst service provider ever!

I have been without internet now for 6 days! I chatted and called every day for at least 5 times a day. Every time I was told it's a national problem or it is my router. Yesterday after all that a technician arrives....for nearly 3 hours he fiddled around and finally found the line was damaged. He said he fixed it.....still no internet.....he tells us it's the router and we must get a new one. Now.... he didn't even have a modem to test if the adsl was working.....but he said the line was fixed.....now he has the gall to tell me to buy another one! That router is stil under telkom warrantee, I bought it from them! After hundreds of Rands worth of my money buying data they tell me this ****!! Uhm sorry I'll be back Monday....***!! Telkom you SUCK!! You make me think I am an idiot because you think I don't know how to set up a router and then all along it is a line fault which you do not fix! Fix the problem A.S.A.P!
