TELKOM IS PLAYING GAMES WITH ME!!!!

I went to the branch in April to cancel the data contract and they said they will email me the link. I cancelled the contract via link. I called telkom they said it is not cancelled. I made a call to cancel it then at the end of the call it was mentioned that the cancellation reference will be send to me. I called telkom because there was a deduction I spoke to Nondumiso Memela she said the contract was not cancelled she will send me a link. I wanted to cancel my two contracts the one ending end of July was cancelled successfully via the link but the data one could not be cancelled. I sent her an email stating that the data one cannot be cancelled maybe its because it was cancelled to date she did not bother to respond to my email. The keep on deducting money from my account even the one I have cancelled.
