Telkom is Pathetic with Customer Service

Imagine having data on your mobile router but you cant used it because Telkom and their pathetic employees have suspended your account on claims of Credit Limit. That time you don't even have a limit you use what you have. Now I am paying for nothing and then call center tells you about 72 hours of waiting period, so what they mean time I must spend more money on a service I am already paying for. **** man
