Telkom is pathetic

My account was suspended with no grace period. Account due and suspended the next day. There website has been down for 48 hours and I have a child on a bus to Cape Town who now has no coverage. They say the best they can do is if I do an EFT payment and it will reflect in 48 hours. How will that help me when I need it reconnected immediately. No one can advise when the website will be up and running! #panickedparent
