Telkom is pathetic

I called into Telkoms billing department twice in May to tell them please stop my adsl line as i cannot afford it anymore after they increased it to R1000 a month! The lasdy assured me they wont continue to bill me. However they still billing me and i have trying to call them whatsapp them even use the chat facility on google but to no avail.

Telkom is the most useless ****ing pathetic company i have ever experienced. They have such good deals but they are so incompote of delivering good customer service and to just be truthful. How hard is it to be deliver good customer service.
