Telkom is Pathetic

Telkom, most pathetic service I've ever experienced in my life. Their accounts division which I believe is totally useless, seems like employees are illiterate.

You get billed at least up to R700 extra every month and when you call in, they have no idea what they are doing.

Gone are the good old days when service was golden....

Well we are going to cancel and hope many others out there do the same.
