Telkom is pathetic don’t try them

I give telkom 0 , I have a fibre line with them it has been bad for months, secondly they just increased fees without informing me, I paid the normal fee which apparently is R50 less they suspended my line , and I have pay reconnection fees because of R50, I’m cancelling, you guys are pathetic
