Telkom is pathetic

Telkom has no care for their Customers! They rather ***** their money! My Parents cancelled their ADSL around 2020, the guy advised that he cancelled. In the mean time this person did not cancel the ADSL and my Parents were still charged for something they don't use!!! This is pathetic!!! Worst is that they are pensioners and now beong forced to pay a ridiculous amount to get their phones to work again. Telkom should catch a wake up and train their staff better, so that they can do their job better. Instead of taking money from elders!!! Sis!!!! ***
