Telkom IS PATHETIC!!!!

Telkom and their consultant are so pathetic. I did an online inquiry to upgrade my cellphone contract, got a call the next day from Telkom and the lady took all my details and we continued the process. On the online ad/brochure it stated that you receive free smart watch and earbuds. Parcel delivered to me and to my surprise the watch and buds are not in the parcel. I queried and was told it will be investigated, 3 weeks later it still being investigated and being told there was no promise of smart watch and earbuds.

Secondly, I've been getting calls from Telkom saying I am due for and upgrade. To my frustration I asked the consultant why they still calling me to upgrade my contract whereas I have just done an upgrade. I was then told that there was no upgrade done on my number. Instead they made take a new contract, now I'm sitting with a 3rd contract which I never intended on taking out. This is so upsetting and frustrating.
